Reggina vs Lecce
" Delio Rossi's Lecce needs to register
a positive result at the Granilio Stadium on Sunday afternoon
against Reggina should they want to aviod relegation next season.
The visiting team have lost five of their last six matches and
the defeat to fellow strugglers Bologna at home last week have
put them in much more difficult situation. Uruguayan international
Javier Ernesto Chevanton missed the match last week but will be
back in the starting eleven to render his much needed services.
Rossi is expected to hand full debut to goalkeeper Vincenzo Sicignano
and midfielder Joerge Bolano as they bid to start their relegation
battle. The home fans will be sure to create a hot atmosphere
at Granilio Stadium when Reggina prepare for the visit of Lecce
on Sunday afternoon. Reggina are still high on confidence despite
losing to AC Milan 3-1 last week. The Amarantos took the lead
at San Siro last week and kept the European champions at bay before
conceeding defeat. Prior to this match, they have also beaten
Parma and Lazio. Shunsuke Nakamura and Mozart remain sidelined
with long-term injuries, but Francesco Cozza and Giandomenico
Mesto are beginning to find their form. The Calabresi will also
have to start without Portuguese midfielder Carlos Parades with
a knee injury. Current Asian Handicap Market have given the visitors
a half goal head start but Reggina stands firm as favourites to
win this match. However, with Lecce going all out to win and avoid
relegation, this task will be a tough one for Reggina and most
probably both team will agree to share the points. "
